Complete idea to launch in 2 months only.
My focus was to translate Taptap’s core promise “instant shopping” into a consistent end-to-end experience. I started by defining the narrative, positioning, and aesthetic that would guide the decisions, then built a cohesive brand system to express speed and simplicity without sacrificing credibility. From there, I applied the system to key product touchpoints, mapping the customer journey, simplifying the structure, and designing core screens and interactions so the experience feels quick, reliable, and instantly joyful.
