My process usually starts with getting the problem and context brutally clear, what’s driving it, what’s blocking it, and what success means in our scenario. Later, I create structure and principles to guide my decisions and help keep the work and the team completely aligned.

I’m collaborative by default and find joy in leading small teams, helping them punch above their weight, especially when the project needs momentum, clarity, and a consistent standard of quality. Right now, I’m focused on shipping end-to-end experiences that inspire and connect product, people, and brand, creating a symphony where everyone wins.

Going forward, I want to keep working on systems-heavy products and high-stakes experiences, while helping individuals beside me grow to be the best version of themselves.
